Work Environments Work environments is an item that many people may not think about when it comes to looking at performance at a work place. Keep in mind though that how everyone interacts with their environment is important. A cubicle style of environment is usually looked on as a "get your work done and don't talk." A more open environment that encourages speaking with peers can actually increase productivity and strengthen the core of the working group. This is a style that is starting to be embraced more and more by todays big business.
