Work Cultures The culture of a business decides how those who work for it will act while there. You would not expect a law firm to be a place of work that allows their employees freedom to roam the office looking for ideas. A web design firm or something similar to this however thrives on this type of environment and culture. A creative thought may not just come out from no where. You sometimes get an idea while doing a normal task you do every day. Sitting on the toilet, making a sandwich, playing some Warhammer or Halo, or by playing a game of ping pong may just give you that spark of creative thinking you needed. Instead of businesses forcing the creative thinking to occur at the employees desk, they should allow their employees to go to their creative centers. Not everyone has the same one. Keep these simple ideas in mind when looking at your businesses culture or if you are looking for a new job that will give your the "culture" you need.
